IRVINE, Calif., July 24, 2013 — On July 20, 2013, 350 volunteers from Smile Generation-trusted offices, Pacific Dental Services®, Redeemer Learning Center, organizers from KaBOOM!, and residents of the Denver community joined forces to build a new, safe playground at Redeemer Learning Center. The new playground will provide more than 1,000 children in the community with a safe place to play for years to come. The Smile Generation-trusted clinicians and dental care teams also set up an onsite dental clinic and, in a matter of hours, treated nearly 170 patients, providing more than $75,000 in donated dental services. Treatments included cleanings, extractions, root canals, and CEREC® CAD/CAM same-day crown restorations. The PDS® Serve Foundation mobile dental clinic was onsite to help provide quality care and serve the Denver community members in need.
